We wish all our guests to enjoy a very comfortable stay, we use only quality bed linen made from Egyptian cotton.
Every room enjoys magnificent views overlooking the river Plym and Saltram's folly.
The bedding is Egyptian cotton, and the en suite bathroom contains a whirlpool bath, separate shower cubicle, toilet and sink. The large shared bathroom contains a large bath, separate shower cubicle, toilet and sink. The luxury en suite room has a king-size bed, the superior standard has a double bed in a large bedroom, the double standard has a double bed in a medium size room, and the single standard has a double bed in a smaller room.
All the standard rooms share bathroom facilities. Sorry we do not accept children under 15 years of age. Situated on the main access route into the city, with easy access to all major routes to Devon and Cornwall, 5 minute drive to city centre. Freedom and comfort to rival conventional Hotels and Guest houses.

If coming from London/Exeter, as the A38 enters Plymouth (Marshmills) keep left passing by Sainsbury's and head towards the city Center. Keeping to the left take the exit router for Mutley Plane. When you come out of the underpass come around the mini roundabout, taking the slip road back onto the duel carriageway drive past the petrol station and take the next turning left up Military Road. Beirnfels is the first driveway on the left. White walls with black gates.
