Berkeley's of St James provides a high standard bed and breakfast accommodation and located close to the beautiful Plymouth Hoe in Devon. We are only a short walk from Plymouth City Centre and the historic Plymouth Barbican.

Within easy walking distance to the promenade, historic Barbican, city centre, theatre/pavilions, ferry port and coach and railway stations, we are ideal for touring Dartmoor, Devon and Cornwall and the Eden Project. We offer accommodation that is furnished to a high standard being awarded the 4 star standard for our guest house accommodation by the AA and the English Tourist Council. All our rooms are comfortably furnished and equipped with a number of thoughtful extras. We look forward to welcoming you to our bed and breakfast.
Travel towards the City Centre - via Gydnia Way to Cattedown roundabout. Follow signs for City Centre, turning left at the signpost "The Hoe". At a mini roundabout turn left. Continue along this road passing through 7 sets of traffic lights then turn left at the "Walrus Pub" into Athenaeum Street, sharp right into Crescent Avenue and first left into St James Place East. We are located on the left hand side.
