Westwinds is located in a quiet area, yet is close to city centre attractions like The spectacular Plymouth Hoe (2 minutes walk)and Historic Barbican, as well as fantastic shopping at the new Drakes Centre in the town centre (10 minutes stroll), Pavillions (5 minutes walk) and Theatre Royal. (5 minutes walk).
Whether it's a day in the city centre, a visit to the Theatre Royal, a walk around Plymouth Hoe or a drive to Dartmoor National Park - all are within your grasp from the Westwinds. Beautiful sandy beaches for the sun seekers and rugged cliff walks for the energetic are just a few other natural attractions nearby and of course the adventure and leisure parks are also available for the younger or just young at heart pilgrims among you.
The ferry terminal and the bus station are only 10 minutes away.
